Wellers is delighted to be involved in two events providing businesses and charities with the necessary guidance on meeting the requirements of the new General Data Protection Regulation 2016. We are running our own Getting to Grips with GDPR breakfast seminar on 10th April and also Laura Scaife, a leading data protection expert, who has been working with Wellers in the run up to the 25th deadline will be speaking at a Barclays sponsored event in Bromley on 2nd May.

Tuesday 10 April 2018 Getting to grips with GDPR breakfast seminar

Due to the popularity of this event we will be running one last seminar before the deadline day on 25 May 2018. The General Data Protection Regulation 2016 brings sweeping changes to the way all businesses and charities manage and use data and also severe financial penalties for those who fail to meet the standards being set. Sian Stephens and Cassandra Ho from the Wellers London City office will explain the new legal requirements and how an audit based approach will help you comply with the rules. The seminar is aimed at those responsible for the management and use of data within small and medium sized businesses from CEOs to IT and Marketing managers and directors.

Registration and coffee from 8.30am, with presentations between 9.00am and 10.30am at our London City Office at 65 Leadenhall Street EC3A 2AD

Please contact Cynthia Craven on 020 7481 2422 or email Cynthia.craven@wellerslawgroup.com to book your place or go to our booking form.
